For the last 1 and half a month Anthony Davis Jr. has enjoyed cheers from the crowd as he threw in lobs and stuff at his opponents’ rims playing for the LA Lakers. However, Davis said that when the LA Lakers ware going to play against the New Orleans Pelicans on a Wednesday night, he says that he will be ready for hearing different sounds.
Davis said of the upcoming visit to New Orleans, “Every time I am going to touch the ball, I am going to hear boos from the crowd.”

This statement came right after Davis Jr. helped the LA Lakers win over the San Antonio Pours by 114-104 on their Monday night game.
These expectations for boos are going to be much expected as after Davis’ agent Rick Paul demanded publically from Pelicans to trade Davis last season. LA Lakers were unable to get Davis before the trade deadline in February last year. Davis also made his final home game appearance while wearing a t-shirt for Looney Tunes that had the signing off phrase, “That’s All Folks’.
Davis said of leaving the Pelicans, “It was a really tough thing to do at that time but it was something I felt like I need to do.”
James said of his new LA Lakers teammate, “the greatest thing in basketball is to finally get on the floor and when that ball starts to tip. There is nothing that matters at that point and Davis has performed well so far for the Lakers.”
