On the Monday night game of basketball between LA Lakers VS. Miami Heat, Lakers came out victorious by 108-105 at Staples Centre under LeBron James’ lead.
LeBron also shared his final regular-season meeting with his close friend and former teammate Dwyane Wade in this match.
James in lead-up to the game said that he and Wade are like brothers and their bond extends farther than their playing careers. However, they are both fierce competitors and did not give each other a quarter on final time.
With the last buzzer sounding, the ball came up in James’ hand while Wade playfully pushed his old teammate before they both embraced each other and later swapped jerseys.
Wade is going to retire at the end of this season and was given a standing ovation as he entered in the first quarter of the game. He managed to score 15 points with 10 assists for his last game in the league.
