The Wednesday night game of basketball between Toronto Raptors VS Mimi Heat ended in the victory for the Raptors by 106-104 as the Raptors also improved their NBA record to 26-10.
Toronto with this win have won three games this season when trailing with 17 points.
Fred VanVleet said, “We have always got a chance to comeback.”
Raptor s were led by Green ho scored 18 pints while VanVleet scored 16 points for the team. Miami had three chances to win the game in the final possession but both Dwayne Wade and Justin Winslow missed their 3 pointers.
Wade admitted that he was the one who blew the coverage and let Green be so open.
Wade said, “I am not mad at the loss but I am mad at the way I played. You are going to lose games in this league but that’s fine. We have been playing some good basketball and we still played good basketball tonight. Losses are something that is going to happen. The thing that matters is how you bounce back from them and last time w had some losses, we have bounced back pretty well from them”.
Mimi Heat was led by Winslow who scored 21 points for the team whose five-game winning streak came to an end on Wednesday night. Josh Richardson from the Heat side scored 17 points while Hassan Whiteside added in his 16 points for the team.
James Johnson and Tyler Johnson from Raptors both scored 12 points each for the team whereas while Wade and Pascal Siakam both added 10 for the Raptors.
Up next, Toronto Raptors will play against Orlando Magic on Friday while Miami Heat will play against Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday.
