The Australian tennis player was average in his semifinals win over Stefanos Tsitsipas but he then followed up that win with an impressive game on his way to a 7-6 and 7-6 victory.

Both players did not have any breakpoints and the game came to the tie breaks for each set.

Medvedev seemed to be on his way to closing the first set as Kyrgios suffered from a back spasm. Still, the Australian was able to save the set despite looking really uncomfortable.
