Oakland Raiders have now officially signed Peter Nathan as their QB on a reserve-future contract.
Peterman Nathan was added to Oakland’s practice squad last month and now he has been given a contract on Tuesday. He will now compete for a backup spot for the playoffs.
Peterman is the fifth round pickup of the 2017’s NFL draft by Buffalo Bills. He began that year’s season with the Bills as their starter. So far he has made 12 interceptions, three TD passes and career passing rating of 32.5.
Peterman was not the only one, Raiders signed off their practice squad. Eight other players have also received the contract from Raiders. These eight players include two receivers Saeed Blacknall and Rashard Davis, two linebackers Cayson Collins and James Cowser, two running backs James Butler and Ryan Yurachek and two defensive back Makinton Dorleant; and tackle Jamar McGloster.
Punter Drew Kaser has also been signed by the Oakland Raiders, Kaser has played in 36 games for the LOS Angeles Chargers from 2016 to 2018.
