On Saturday night in Glasgow, Josh Taylor presented a powerful performance as he defeated Ryan Martin quite easily with a seventh-round TKO.
Taylor was pretty dominant in this super lightweight quarter final fight as he sent his opponent rather easily to the canvas.
27 years old took his time to get started in the fight but after he floored his previously unbeaten opponent with a left to the head and to the body, the referee Victor Loughlin stepped in to call off the fight. The fight was called off in the seventh round with 2 minutes and 21 seconds passed on the clock.
Taylor has remained unbeaten with this win and has now the career stats of 14-0-0.
