Nick Nurse, the coach for Toronto Raptors and Kent Bazemore, the guard of Atlanta Hawks have both been fined by NBA on Tuesday.
Nurse was fined for a sum of 15000 dollars after he criticized the officials after Raptors loss to Denver Nuggets by 95-86 on Sunday.
Nurse was particularly frustrated about the lack of fouls called against players who were guarding Kawhi Leonard who could only have four Free Throw attempts in the whole game.
Nurse said to media that “Fouls against Leonard have been going on all year. I don’t understand as to why they are letting everybody else play one of the best players in the league so physically”.
Bazemore was fined by NBA for a sum of 10,000 dollars for throwing the ball into the stands. He received a technical foul with 9:09 minutes left to Hawks loss against Brooklyn Nets on Sunday by 144-127.
