Head Coach of the Houston Texans; Bill O’Brien has confirmed today that Will Fuller is going to miss out the rest of the season due to the torn ACL in his knee.
Fuller on the Thursday night game managed to catch five passes for 124 yards along with one 74 yard TD before he suffered the knee injury later in the fourth quarter of the match against Miami Dolphins.
Fuller was interpreted by Bobby McCain of the Miami Dolphins, while he was trying to catch the pass from Deshaun Watson in the end zone. Due to this sudden tackle, Fuller landed awkwardly on his right knee.
In a press conference on Friday morning, O’Brien said to media, “I feel terrible for Will”.
So far in this season, Fuller has made 37 catches for 667 yards along with five TDs.
