New York Yankees fans are not enjoying their team’s performance in the postseason. On Tuesday night during the Game 4 of the ALDS, an angry fan at the Yankee Stadium threw an empty beer can towards the Boston Red Sox closer; Craig Kimbrel as he was walking out of the bullpen.
Although the beer can miss Kimbrel by a few feet, it could still have hurt him pretty bad if it struck him. You can clearly see it in the following video.
Similarly a week ago, a Yankees fan during the AL Wild Card Game dumped his beer all over an Oakland A’s fan. Although the situation between the two was settled, it was still a ridiculous display of fandom.
