On Saturday, Dan Evans made one of the best comebacks of his career form a set down against John Isner to defeat him and reach the final of the Delray Beach Open.
Evans who had a slow start in this match won the game eventually by 3-6 6-3 6-2 in one hour and 32 minutes as he reached the Final of his career’s second ATP Tour tournament.
For Evans, this has been the best 1 one week after his return from a 1-year ban for his use of cocaine back in April last year.
Now the former British no. 2 is on course to claim his first ATP Tour title of his career as he will play against Radu Albot of Moldova on Sunday for the final match.
Evans last Tour final was back in 2017 at the 2017 Apia International Sydney, where he lost to Luxembourg’s Gilles Muller.
As for now, he is going to face Albot who also came back from a one set down to defeat his opponent Mackenzie McDonald by 6-3, 6-0 and 6-0.
