Greg Hardy is facing a long suspension from the UFC on a medical basis along with 4 other UFC fighters. This medical suspension for Hardy and the others came after the event of EFC that took place in Moscow at the CSKA Arena.
On the co-main event of the UFC, Greg hardy, whose career record is 5-2 MMA and 2-2 UFC, dropped his opponent Alexander Volkov in the three-round fight for a unanimous decision win. As it was noticed during eh fight, Greg hardy injured his right hand as well as his wrist and is now facing a 180-day medical suspension.
In addition to Hardy, 6 other UFC fighters have been handed down suspensions for 6 months. The other fighters, who received these suspensions due to their injuries in their losses, include fighters Dalcha Lungiambula, Abubakar Nurmagomedov, Jessica-Rose Clark, and Grigorii Popov.
Suspension for Hardy remains for at least 180 days or by the time his wrist X-rays are cleared by a UFC physician. Hardy, who is a former NFL player, is also suspended for 30 days which includes no contact for 21 days.
