Grizzlies were able to fend off Spurs 104-103 behind Conley, Gasol

Memphis Grizzlies were able to win the Wednesday night game of Memphis Grizzlies vs. San Antonio Spurs under the lead of Conley and Gasol by 104-103.

Mike Conley scored 30 points for the night and as for Gasol, he made splendid two free throws with 0.7 seconds left to the game.

Conley after the game told media, “We are very happy as we have not won here for a long time. It is very hard to defeat any Spurs team no matter who is dressed in the uniforms.”

Memphis Grizzlies last won against San Antonio back in December 17tth, 2014.

From Spurs side, their guard DeMar DeRozan scored 24 points which also includes a fadeaway 15-footer in the left corner with 1.2 seconds remaining to the game.

Up ahead in the season, San Antonio Spurs will play against LA Clippers on Friday night and as for Memphis Grizzlies, they will play Indiana Pacers on Friday night.
