Kevin Durant fined $25,000 for “directing inappropriate language toward a fan”

On Tuesday night, the ALL-Star player of Golden State Warriors; Kevin Durant was fined for 25000 dollars for ‘directing inappropriate words towards a fan’ sitting at courtside.

The incident took place with only 1 minute remaining to the first quarter of Warriors defeat by 112-109 to Dallas Mavericks on Saturday night.

During the incident, Durant walked toward the fan and said, “Watch the (expletive) game and shut the (expletive) up.”

Warriors are also still recovering from the Durant-Draymond Green clash during which Green cussed Durant that left Durant and the whole organization stunned.

Green was suspended for one game without pay. After returning to the team, Green revealed that he has talked to Durant but did not publically apologized to him.

As of the moment, Warriors are struggling heavily as both Green and the ALL-Star Stephen Curry are both out of the season suffering from injuries.

Steve Kerr; the head coach of Golden State Warriors said that team needs to heal both physically and mentally in their efforts to win tier third consecutive championship and the fourth in their last five seasons.
