Kidd-Gilchrist returns to help Hornets beat Bucks by 110-107

Although Michael Kidd-Gilchrist’s stats of 7 points, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 assist on Monday night game was nothing impressive, but his return to the game after missing six games due to his ankle injury was still a huge spark for Charlotte Hornets.

Hornets were able to win the Monday night game against Milwaukee Bucks by 110-107 to end their two games losing streak.

On Kidd-Gilchrist’s defense, Kemba Walker said to media, “he is special on that end of the floor. He takes pride in what he does and we missed his absence. He came back and gave in his unbelievable effort. Although it was not 100 percent but the effort he pitched in the game tonight was really unbelievable”.

Kidd-Gilchrist said to media, “the energy is why I am playing out here tonight”.

Walker and Jeremy lam from Hornets side led the team sharing 21 points each for the night whereas Marvin Williams scored 16 points with 8 rebounds for the night. Tony Parker who was making a return for Hornets after two-game absence added in his 15 points.

Bucks were led by Antetokounmpo who scored 20 points with his 13 rebounds and 9 assists for the night. The second highest scorer from the Bucks side on Monday night was Bledsoe who added in his 17 points.

Milwaukee Bucks will now host a game against Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night. Hornets will host a game for Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night.
