Knicks beat Pelicans to win their consecutive games for first time

On the Friday night game of New York Knicks vs. New Orleans Pelicans, young Knicks displayed a splendid rally in the fourth quarter to win the match by 114-109.

Emmanuel Muddily led the team with his season high 27 points whereas the rookie player Allonzo Tier added in his own career high 25 points.

Trier, who is the undrafted free agent hired from Arizona threw 2 free throws to help his team gain their first consecutive games this season.

Trier said to media, “I think we have been growing and we are starting to see each other better. We now understand the things that we need to close out the games. In my opinion, it’s these little things that allowed us to play better tonight”.

Other players of Knicks like Enes Kanter scored 17 and Noah Vonleh scored 14 points.

Rom New Orleans side, the team was led by Anthony Davis who scored 33 points and 12 rebounds as Jrue Holiday scored 22 points and Nikola Mirotic added 19 points for the night.

This the New Orleans Pelicans first defeat to New York Knicks since November 15th, 2015.

Now Pelicans will visit Washington on Saturday night and as for Knicks, they will visit Memphis Grizzlies for a game of basketball on Sunday night.
