Le’Veon Bell of the Pittsburgh Steelers missed his very first regular NFL season practice

All Pro Running Back; Le’Veon Bell of the Pittsburgh Steelers missed out on his first regular NFL season’s team practice. This missing out has made the general manager; Kevin Colbert of the team disappointed in him.

Le’Veon Bell still has to sign his franchise tag deal of 14.5 million dollars for this season. He is going to lose about 853,000 dollars for every match he is going to miss this season.

26 years old Bell did not reported at the team facility located at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex this Monday morning. In addition to this he also did not attended the training camp of the team.

Colbert told reporters that, “we are disappointed that not only Bell did not sign his franchise tender but he also did not rejoined his team. Coaching staff along with Coach Mike Tomlin is going to train to train the players on pour Roster for playing at the regular season in a match against Cleveland Browns this Sunday.”

Back in 2017, Le’Veon also did not participated in any of the off-season activities of the team which was actually his first year of the Franchise tag.

However he did reported for the practice on Monday before the first game of the season that resulted in Pittsburgh Steelers victory over Washington Redskins with 38-16.

Steelers are set to face Cleveland Browns on Sunday at the FirstEnergy Stadium. The kick off time of the match is set to be 6 pm.
