Harden scores 29 to lead Rockets win against Blazers by 111-103

Houston Rockets bench came to rescue of the team twice on Tuesday night and it was the second time that really counted.

On the Tuesday night game of Houston Rockets VS. Portland Trail Blazers, Rockets came out winning by 111-103 as they snapped their three-game losing streak.

James Harden was the star of the Rockets who led the team with his 29 points while seven of the Rockets players scored in double digits. Chris Paul scored 11 points with his 11 rebounds and 10 assists; Clint Capela added in his 13 points with 7 rebounds and as for Eric Gorden who was starting in place of James Emis scored 14 points for the team.

Harden said to media, “we did a really good job tonight. We competed hard and paled hard. That was really it; we played hard and got into them. We were a little bit more aggressive. Good things seem to happen when you play harder”.

As for Portland Trail Blazers, they were led by Damian Lillard who scored 34 points while CJ McCollum scored 22 points and Jusuf Nurkic added in his 15 points and 10 rebounds for the team.

Up next Portland Trail Blazers will travel to Memphis on Wednesday for a game while Houston Rockets will host a game against LA Lakers on Thursday.
