LA Lakers 107-121 Toronto Raptors; Lakers’ maddening play continues even with LeBron on the team

Just when people were thinking that LeBron’s first season with Lakers could not be more maddening, Magic Johnson; the president of Operations for Lakers chewed out the Lakers head coach Luke Walton on the team’s last week’s slow start.

He said, “I said it, Luke took it and we are all good. It’s no big deal”.

Johnson also said about Walton who is in the third year of his five years 25 million dollars deal, “he’s hoping to finish this season, unless something drastic happens, which won’t”.

Now not all the fans of Lakers are convinced after Lakers defeat to Toronto Raptors by 121-107 on the Sunday night game.

The reason is that because after Johnson wrapped u his interview, Lakers trailed Raptors by 31 points, less than ten minutes into the game.

After the first quarter ended, Lakers trailed by 25 points which according to analysts are the worst point stats in the history of Lakers.

According to analysts, Lakers have never been outscored by 24 points in the first quarter since their shot clock area of the 1954-1955 season.

James in a post-game interview said, “They came out and hit us right in the mouth”.

James scored the lowest 18 points in this game for the whole season and now with this defeat Lakers are down by 4-6.

On the other hand, Raptors surprisingly without Kawhi Leonard were able to win the match and are now 9-1 for this season.
